Return Policy for Custom and Nik-Nak Items

Custom Items

Custom items are created specifically for you and personalized according to your preferences. Due to their bespoke nature, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges except under the following conditions:

  • Defects or Damage: If the item arrives defective, damaged, or with a production error, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
    • To process your claim, we require:
      • A description of the issue.
      • Clear photos showing the defect or damage.
    • We will offer a replacement once the issue is verified.

Non-Returnable Examples:

  • Items with personalized text, images, or designs.
  • Custom sizing or made-to-order items unless faulty on our part .

General Items

General items are usually gifts or often small, unique, or decorative. While these items may not always be eligible for a full return, we aim to accommodate your concerns where possible:

  • Eligible Exchanges:
    • Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or incorrect on our end.
  • Ineligible Exchanges:
    • Used, unsealed, or items showing wear and tear.
    • Seasonal or clearance general items, which are marked final sale.

  • Final Sale Items: Custom items and clearance general are final sale unless it is clearly defective.
